SUBJECTIVE ELEMENTS FOR THE OBJECTIVE MIND

The short version:

We all want to be able to explain something meaningful.  Consider science, literature and the visual arts for a moment as shading & hatch marks. These textural elements are suggestive of a larger piece, as maps comprise a globe, representative of a truth which can be gently understood but not easily pinned down. Since January of 2009, High Contrast Review has provided events and arts publishing opportunities for the optimistic artist & nomad, with the pursuit of this type of holistic understanding at our core.  Our projects are intended to serve both as participatory entertainment as well as a creative outlet for all those who wander or wonder.
